We are looking for someone who is friendly, has good customer service skills and retail/hospitality experience, with previous key-holding/cash handling being an advantage. There is also an opening within our busy kitchen team, so cooking experience is desirable. Working at Wild Thyme can be demanding, and it requires a fair amount of energy, but it also offers the many benefits of being part of a great team and a worker controlled business.

When you join our worker co-operative, after a probationary period, you will become a director of Wild Thyme - this means you will share responsibility for all aspects of its running. You will need to understand what it means to take day to day responsibility for what happens at Wild Thyme, and to play a full part in developing and improving the business. As a Wild Thyme Wholefoods member, you will also be expected to contribute some voluntary time into business growth, meetings etc. and you will have your own roles and responsibilities as part of the co-op.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and who can ideally contribute 20/25 + hours paid work each week (including 4 weekend days a month), Pay is £9.50 per hour.
